Refund policy

We hope you will be delighted with your order, however we accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided the candle has been unused and is in good condition in the original packaging. In these circumstances we offer an exchange (excluding postage cost) or a full refund (less the original delivery cost). If you bought the product from one of our stockists please contact them directly.

DAMAGED GOODS 

All of our products are made to order. If a product is damaged during shipment a replacement will be provided if the conditions of Coco & Crumble's Refund Policy are fully met. Notification of damaged products shall be supplied to Coco & Crumble's customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the item. Refunds or change in product type are not provided in the case of damaged goods. Your product will be replaced with the same item you purchased. In order to claim a replacement product for a damaged product please supply proof of purchase and images of the damaged product with your request.

CANCELLATIONS

Order cancellations are permitted within 24 hours of order placement. Your account will be credited with the same value as the purchase amount. Please carefully read the product, packing and shipping descriptions before purchasing an item to ensure you are entirely happy with the terms of supply. If you change your mind on a shop purchase, please return it to us undamaged, unlit and in a resalable condition within 14 days. We are unable to refund opened and lit candles where you have changed your mind.

Sale Items are not refundable. Please carefully read the product, packing and shipping descriptions before purchasing an item to ensure you are entirely happy with the terms of supply.
